This application is for current or retired teachers who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the mentoring and support of our Mentor and Resident pairs in hard to staff public schools. More specifically, Contracted Residency Coordinators must demonstrate exceptional skill in culturally responsive teaching practices, instructional leadership, and proficiency in high-quality teacher mentoring.
